Braided textile materials are widely used in many industries and agriculture. tapes for domestic purposes, the food industry, construction, medicine, aircraft manufacturing, electrical engineering, etc. Every braided product must correspond to a unique group of parameters properties, depending on initial manufacturing parameters. The production is still insufficiently explored. In process designing products with specified parameters, it necessary substantiate formation products. manufacture specific creation rational technological modes that represent urgent scientific issues be addressed. One way solve this problem conduct factorial experiments. This article thus presents results experiment, during which following input were determined based preliminary studies: type raw material, linear density speed removal from zone. chosen as output parameters: breaking load, elongation, tapes, width number strands per 10 mm. limits factor variation four types materials. Based processing obtained experimental data, mathematical models developed. verification indicated they adequately describe braiding within intervals by conditions experiment. We established connection between factors properties tapes.
